We worked extensively throughout the entirety of 2025 in elevating our mini golf experience in a variety of ways. Leading into 2025, we set numerous objectives for our mini golf experience. These objectives included offering different color turfs, larger tee boxes, different types of holes and offer more branding options including the branding of exterior of the fairways and the rails themselves. Additionally, we wanted to finalize a putter stand that included an area for golf balls, pencils, scorecards and holding more golf clubs of different sizes in an upright manner. We also wanted the putter stand to offer full branding options when requested. While we had provided some of these elements on a few events in Q3 & Q4 of 2025, we had not yet had a full 9 course mini golf experience where the entire course had the new tee boxes, different fairways and the entire course be a different color turf other than green.

A mid-February event in New York City was the culmination of all of our efforts as a client at one of the most prestigious and private social clubs in the city contacted us to create a custom 9 hole mini golf experience. Since their club was founded in the middle of the 19th century and has been at that location since its founding, we performed a site inspection to make sure that what we have titled our mini golf deluxe experience rental would have the proper access ways to the floor and area where the client wanted the course to be installed. Once we entered the details from the site inspection into our system, we knew that this New York city venue would require additional labor for both the installation and dismantle once the event concluded. The client understood that we would have to add additional labor, an agreement was signed and a loud FORE was yelled internally at our offices as this was going to be the first 9 hole mini golf deluxe.

Since the colors of the NYC social club were blue, we changed all of the green turf to a bright & rich blue turf. Our newest obstacles such as mini ant hills & bumps were incorporated into the course design and the client approved the design. The days of the pre-production leading up to the event were filled with excitement and anxiousness. After more than twelve months of intensive research, multiple iterations of mini golf panel designs, extensive experimentation and capital, the event date of February 19th was nearing.

While the winter of 2026 was filled with numerous snowstorms which effected the scheduling of numerous of our events, Mother Nature cooperated on that day with a bright & sunny day albeit a cold one. The cold did not affect our staff as adrenaline was high with each of our staff as we were all excited about what we were about to create.

Just like our mini golf & putt putt experiences, the mini golf deluxe experience was designed with versatility in mind. That immediately served us well as the client/venue wanted us to start hole 1 in the elevator bank area and lead hole 1 into the main ballroom. However, the client did not want hole 1 to effect the traffic flow to & from the elevator. Our course designer on site immediately smiled and knew exactly what fairways to choose to make this on site change. Starting with our new wider tee boxes, he chose what we have titled our skinny fairways and he chose those fairways from the tee box to lead to the cup for hole 1.

Right next to hole 1 was our new white putter stand. The putter stand contained forty four golf clubs of different sizes & colors all in upright position. The putter stand also included at the very top an easily accessible area for several dozen low bounce miniature golf balls, scorecards and pencils. While not branded for this event, the client and participants commented on how "amazing" the white putter stand looked. From hole 1 the all blue turf course just utterly amazed the staff of the social club and the players who were playing. This inaugural 9 hole mini golf deluxe experience included several dog leg fairways with some of the dog legs on the same holes, holes that had cups in set in different positions, uneven terrain in unexpected areas, elevated fairways with unique challenges and multiple skinny fairways besides the ones that we put on hole 1 which awe and amazed expressions by the miniature golf players.
